With a strong background in international real estate, founder Anton Glotser saw firsthand the challenges of poor paperwork in developing nations. In 2017, he recognized how NFTs could solve these issues, leading him to educate politicians and build trust in blockchain across the Americas.

In 2021, DelNorte convinced the Honduran government to adopt NFTs for agriculture. Despite initial setbacks, the company persisted and, in 2022, secured El Salvador’s recognition of NFTs as legally binding documents. This milestone unlocked private and government contracts, enabling the tokenization of real-world assets and municipal data.
